Problem
The university’s digital ecosystem consisted of multiple independent websites with inconsistent user experiences, fragmented navigation, and varying visual standards. Users faced difficulties finding information and accessing digital services, while the lack of a unified design language impacted usability, accessibility, and overall brand consistency. The platform also needed to comply with Saudi Digital Government Authority (DGA) standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Solution
Led the end-to-end UX/UI transformation by developing a unified design system, restructuring the information architecture, and standardizing user experiences across more than 40 university websites and over 80 digital services. Designed accessible, responsive interfaces with intuitive navigation, reusable UI components, and consistent interaction patterns that improved usability, strengthened the university’s digital identity, and ensured compliance with Saudi government and accessibility standards.
